Services

SoCal Yacht Brokers provides yacht brokerage services, including but not limited to yacht sales, purchases, consultations, and related maritime services.

Professional Relationship

The relationship between SoCal Yacht Brokers and clients is that of a professional service provider. All agreements for specific services will be documented separately.

Limitation of Liability

SoCal Yacht Brokers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
